The terms set out below are brought to the attention of customers and constitute the binding agreement between the parties.
All our prices include all applicable taxes, including French VAT at the prevailing rate.
Any order, whether placed in writing, by telephone, online, on-site, or through a sales representative, is subject to our company’s approval and constitutes acceptance of the terms set out below. All orders are intended for the customer’s personal use only. Any partial or full resale is prohibited.
Deliveries are made by the postal service, in accordance with its standard delivery times. We reserve the right to split shipments.
Bisico France shall not be held liable for partial deliveries resulting from stock shortages or temporary or permanent unavailability due to a manufacturer’s default. In the event of a short-term stock shortage, the order will be maintained and will be delivered and invoiced at a later date. In the event of unavailability, the customer will need to place a new order. This information is stated on the main invoice.
Our goods, even when shipped carriage paid, are transported at the recipient’s risk. The recipient must, upon delivery or collection at our premises, verify that the goods are in good condition and conform to the order. Any claims, excluding those relating to statutory warranties of conformity or latent defects, must be submitted to Bisico France within 14 days of delivery or collection. In the event of a damaged parcel, any claims and reservations (e.g., missing items) must be made in writing by the customer directly to the carrier at the time of delivery (Articles L.133-3 and L.133-4 of the French Commercial Code), and confirmed within 3 days of receipt. The information and supporting documents must also be provided to our registered office. Failure to comply with the above deadlines or procedures shall render any claim relating to a non-conforming delivery inadmissible by Bisico France.
Free shipping for orders exceeding EUR 200 (incl. VAT) is available only for mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands. For orders below EUR 200 (incl. VAT), a shipping and packaging fee of EUR 15 will be added to the invoice. If the customer requests a faster delivery service than the standard delivery offered (2 to 5 working days from receipt of the order), any additional costs incurred will be charged accordingly.



For French overseas departments and territories, as well as exports and intra-community deliveries (excluding Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands), shipping and transit costs are the responsibility of the customer. As the actual shipping costs are not known at the time an order is placed on our website, a provisional amount based on weight brackets will be applied automatically; this amount may be adjusted and additional charges may be invoiced once the actual costs are determined. Delivery times depend on the postal service and the delivery destination.
The total amount of the invoice is payable in advance, at the time of order, by credit card.
The prices indicated in our catalogs and documentation are provided for guidance only. In particular, they may be changed without prior notice in the following cases:
– Exchange rate fluctuations affecting imported products.
– Changes to the VAT rate.
– Changes to market conditions.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from receipt. Products must be returned at the customer’s expense, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice number, order date, reason for return or exchange, and a return authorization number; failing this, a price reduction may be applied on the potential refund. The customer must contact Customer Service to obtain the return authorization number to be indicated on the parcel (by phone: +33 (0)4 90 44 73 74, by email: sav@bisico.fr or via the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website https://a-smile.fr).
Although the technical information is prepared with the utmost care and notwithstanding the quality of our products, neither the manufacturer nor the distributor shall be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of the products sold by us, whether affecting persons or property.
Under no circumstances shall our liability be engaged for any delay or damage resulting from improper use of the product or use under conditions other than those for which it was intended.
In the event of any dispute, whether with our suppliers or our customers, exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the courts of our registered office.
As a producer, we are registered with the National Register of Producers maintained by ADEME (registration numbers: FR004518_05IU1J for WEEE, FR004518_06FHKY for batteries and accumulators, and FR352456_01CCQU for household packaging and graphic paper). It is the responsibility of successive professional purchasers to pass on this information regarding the recycling arrangements implemented by us to the end user.
